developing and implementation of procurement and
supply chain strategies in competitive business environment and forecasting of requirements.

He has good applied and working knowledge of World Bank Procurement Regulations, African Development Bank Procurement Regulations, USAID Procurement Guidelines, FIDIC Procurement and Contracting Guidelines, the Public Procurement Act, and other multinational and Donor funded procurement and contracting regimes, policies, procedures and strategies to promote positive work practices to improve performance.
