Colonel Mohammed Wumbei (PhD)

A career military officer with vast experience in logistics and transportation management. He holds PhD in Public Policy and Administration with concentration in Emergency and Disaster Management.

He has several years experience in international peacekeeping operations and has participated in UN and ECOWAS missions in West Africa, Africa and the Middle East. Most outstanding in his peacekeeping duties has been his deployment with the Joint Border Verification and Monitoring Mechanism between Sudan and South Sudan where he worked as Chief Operations Officer with the two sister countries to ensure peace along their common Border to pave the way for the demarcation of their international boundary.
